2. Acceptance of Terms of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n

By using our services and accessing our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Site or services.<\/p>\n

3. Service Provision<\/strong><\/p>\n

We provide a service to assist in managing bureaucracy and scheduling appointments with embassies worldwide. Our fee is fixed and is due upon successful scheduling of your appointment.<\/p>\n

4. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a user, you agree to use the services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms of Use and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

5. Account Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.<\/p>\n

6. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.<\/p>\n

7. User Generated Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, specifically Tel Aviv, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n
